Shipping Policy

All online purchases will be delivered to your specified address through an appointed courier service.

All online purchases will carry a courier fee of R150.00 per order, provided the address and postal code is within our designated service delivery areas.

Should the customer's area not fall in our designated delivery areas, the customer will be contacted and quoted additionally.

Delivery takes place within 5 working days. If there is any unforeseen delays the customer will be notified via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and full refund will be considered if:
Reported in writing within 3 days of goods being received - written notice to be sent to showroom@creatorstudio.co.za

The product is still in the original packaging
The product has been washed, soiled or damaged.

In the unfortunate case of returns we shall refund the amount via EFT to your nominated bank account.

We cannot accept returns of rugs because of a width variance of +/-3%
Dye variations may also occur in all rugs/curtains
Custom made items will not be liable for returns
